Features of the railway inspection vehicle
The material of the axle for the Rail Joint Gap Measuring Cart is 45 # steel with good mechanical properties.
The coupler of Rail Joint Gap Measuring Cart is drum gear coupling with 45 # or 40Cr forging material. The gear face is quenched in salt bath furnace. The coupler features high efficient transmission, easy installment, and maintenance. The straightness between two axles is adjustable to ensure the cart running steadily.
The electrical equipment of Rail Joint Gap Measuring Cart adopts DC overload protective device and smoothly speeding up starting device all controlled by modules. Compared with past contacting conduction, this makes the cart start strongly and steadily, and largely reduces sparks generated by a load.
